Welcome to tlsmarketplace.shop (the “Site”), operated by The Light System (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including all purchases and participation in our wholesale program. By using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

 

 

1. General Use

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

 

 

2. Account Registration

To access certain features (including wholesale access), you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

 

 

3. Product Availability & Pricing

All products and prices on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time. In the event of a pricing or availability error, we may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. TLS Marketplace does not offer price matching on any products—whether for retail or wholesale purchases. 

 

 

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically fulfilled within standard business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and tracking information once it has shipped.

 

 

5. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except for damaged or defective products (see Section 6).

Please ensure you review all product details before purchasing. If you have any questions, contact our support team before completing your order.

 

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@unifydmarketplace.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed defective or damaged, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if in stock)

  • Store credit

  • A discounted re-purchase window within 45 days if a replacement is unavailable

 

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the USA. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or customs issues.

International Orders: Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not calculated at checkout and may be charged upon delivery.

 

 

8. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale access is available to approved UNIFYD Healing Center owners and partners only. If approved:

  • MSRP Enforcement: You agree to sell products at or above the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Underpricing is strictly prohibited.

  • No Third-Party Marketplaces: You may not resell TLS Marketplace products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or any other third-party e-commerce platform without written authorization.

  • Audit & Enforcement: We reserve the right to audit resale practices and suspend or terminate wholesale access for violations.

  • Pricing Subject to Change: Wholesale pricing, including discounts and MSRP guidelines, is subject to change at any time without prior notice. While we strive to maintain consistent pricing, we reserve the right to adjust wholesale rates in response to market conditions, supplier costs, or internal pricing updates. It is your responsibility to review current pricing before placing an order.

 

 

9. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment at checkout. All transactions are secure.

 

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, images, logos, product designs, videos, and other materials—is owned by TLS Marketplace or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

 

 

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Violate these Terms or any applicable laws

  • Resell products in unauthorized ways

  • Interfere with the Site’s security or infrastructure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of products, or inability to access the Site.

These affiliate relationships do not influence our recommendations, and we only partner with vendors whose products align with our mission.

Your use of these links is entirely optional, and purchases made through third-party vendors are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and return policies.
