Final Sale Policy
All sales are final.
TLS Marketplace does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products purchased through the Site, except in the case of verified damage or defect upon delivery (see “Damaged or Defective Items” below).
Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, contact Support prior to ordering.
We do not offer:
- Change-of-mind returns
- Exchanges for different sizes or variations
- Refunds due to shipping delays
- Refunds for carrier issues or lost/stolen packages
- Refunds for customs holds, duties, or import restrictions
- Price adjustments or price matching
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the outer packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed and confirmed, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement (if inventory is available)
- Store credit
- A refund
Shipping & Delivery
We ship from the United States. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, TLS Marketplace is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Carrier errors
- Weather disruptions
- Lost or stolen packages
- Customs processing delays
International Orders
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not calculated at checkout and may be collected upon delivery.
Certain products (including vitamins, supplements, or wellness items) may be restricted in some countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm compliance with local import laws before ordering.
TLS Marketplace is not liable for shipments delayed, refused, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local restrictions. No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.
